HooshBaz Browser Extension Privacy Policy

HooshBaz is a browser extension that provides authenticated access to supported AI services and manages authorized service sessions for HooshBaz users. This Privacy Policy explains what information the HooshBaz browser extension accesses or collects, how that information is used, where it is stored, when it is shared, and how users may request deletion of their information.

1. Data We Collect and Access

Account and personally identifiable information.
When a user signs in to HooshBaz, we may process account information such as name, username, email address, HooshBaz account identifier, selected platform account identifier, and device identifier. This information is used only to authenticate the user, identify the authorized HooshBaz account, associate the device with that account, and display the appropriate account information inside the extension.

Authentication and session information.
HooshBaz processes authentication information required to provide its session-management functionality. This may include HooshBaz authentication tokens and authentication/session cookies associated with supported AI services. This information is used to apply a user-selected authorized session, verify login state, switch authorized accounts, perform logout, revoke devices, detect invalid or expired sessions, and perform security cleanup.

Authentication credentials and session information are not used for advertising, profiling, creditworthiness, or unrelated purposes.

Supported website content and resource metadata.
On supported AI service domains, HooshBaz may access website and service data required to provide its user-facing account-access and resource-isolation features. This may include identifiers and metadata associated with conversations, projects/workspaces, uploaded files, generated images or other service resources, as well as supported-service API responses necessary to identify and manage those resources.

HooshBaz uses this information to associate supported-service resources with the authorized HooshBaz account, filter resources belonging to other managed accounts, recover resource registrations after temporary failures, and maintain the integrity of the selected session.

HooshBaz does not collect unrelated website content or unrelated browsing history.

Device and operational information.
HooshBaz may process limited technical information such as browser/platform type, extension version, device registration state, session state, service availability, timestamps, and diagnostic status codes necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the extension.

2. How Data Is Collected

Information may be obtained:

  • directly from the user when the user signs in to HooshBaz or selects an authorized service account;
  • from local extension storage;
  • from authentication/session cookies on supported service domains;
  • from supported AI service pages and their service API responses;
  • from the HooshBaz backend API;
  • from user actions necessary to use extension features, such as selecting an account, logging in, logging out, uploading a file, or accessing a conversation or project.

HooshBaz does not monitor unrelated websites or collect general browsing history.

3. How We Use User Data

HooshBaz uses collected or accessed data only to provide and maintain the extension’s disclosed single purpose, including:

  • authenticating HooshBaz users;
  • retrieving authorized AI service accounts;
  • applying a user-selected authorized service session;
  • maintaining account and resource isolation;
  • verifying session state;
  • associating conversations, projects, files, and supported resources with the authorized account;
  • recovering failed or interrupted resource registrations;
  • logging users out when explicitly requested or when a session has been conclusively revoked or expired;
  • performing device and session security operations;
  • providing service availability and operational status;
  • preventing unauthorized cross-account access;
  • diagnosing failures and maintaining extension reliability.

The information is not used for personalized advertising, behavioral advertising, data brokerage, credit scoring, lending decisions, or unrelated analytics.

4. Local Storage

The extension uses browser storage, including chrome.storage and IndexedDB, to maintain information required for its functionality. Locally stored information may include authentication state, selected account information, device/session state, resource-registration queues, recovery records, configuration, and UI settings.

Local information remains within the user’s browser unless it is necessary to communicate with the HooshBaz backend or the selected supported AI service for the functionality described in this Privacy Policy.

Local data may be removed when the user logs out, removes the extension, revokes a device, or when security/session cleanup is required.

5. Server-Side Storage

Information necessary to operate HooshBaz may be transmitted securely to HooshBaz servers over HTTPS.

Server-side information may include HooshBaz account identifiers, device registration information, selected platform-account information, and identifiers or metadata needed to associate supported-service resources such as conversations, projects, files, and generated assets with the authorized HooshBaz account.

HooshBaz does not use server-side information for advertising or sale to data brokers.

Server-side data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the HooshBaz service, maintain account/resource ownership records, meet security requirements, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Users may request deletion of their HooshBaz account and associated server-side data by contacting info@hooshbaz.com.

6. Authentication Cookies and Session Data

HooshBaz requires the cookies permission to read, apply, verify, and remove authentication/session cookies on specifically supported domains.

Session information is accessed only when necessary to provide the user-requested session-management functionality.

HooshBaz does not use authentication cookies to track users across unrelated websites.

7. Sharing and Disclosure of Data

HooshBaz does not sell user data.

HooshBaz does not transfer user data to advertising networks, data brokers, information resellers, or unrelated third parties.

Data may be shared only with the following categories of parties when necessary to provide the service:

HooshBaz backend infrastructure.
Information necessary for authentication, device/session management and supported-resource ownership may be transmitted to servers operated for HooshBaz.

Infrastructure/service providers.
HooshBaz may use infrastructure providers necessary to host and secure its backend services. Such providers process information only on behalf of HooshBaz and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

HooshBaz uses HostIran as its web hosting and server infrastructure provider. Information transmitted to the HooshBaz backend may be processed or stored on infrastructure provided by HostIran solely to host and operate HooshBaz services.

HostIran is not authorized by HooshBaz to use extension user data for advertising, profiling, data brokerage, or purposes unrelated to hosting and operating the HooshBaz service.

Supported AI service providers.
When a user chooses to access a supported AI service, session information and service requests necessarily interact with that service provider under the user’s authorized service account. Supported services currently include ChatGPT/OpenAI and Grok/xAI.

Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

Legal and security requirements.
Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law or where necessary to investigate or protect against fraud, abuse, malware, security threats, or unauthorized use.

No other sharing of user data is permitted.

8. Human Access to User Data

HooshBaz personnel do not routinely read users’ private service content.

Human access to user information is limited to circumstances permitted by the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, such as when:

  • a user explicitly requests support involving specific information;
  • access is necessary to investigate abuse or a security incident;
  • access is required by law; or
  • information has been aggregated and anonymized for legitimate internal operational purposes.

9. Data Security

HooshBaz uses HTTPS and modern transport encryption when communicating with its backend.

Authentication information is handled as sensitive information and is not publicly disclosed.

Access to backend information is restricted to systems and personnel requiring access to operate or secure the service.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

HooshBaz retains user information only for as long as necessary for the functionality described in this policy, security purposes, resource ownership integrity, or legal obligations.

Authentication/session data may be removed when a user logs out, changes an authorized account, revokes a device, removes the extension, or when an invalid or expired session requires cleanup.

11. Children’s Privacy

HooshBaz does not knowingly use collected information for advertising, profiling, or marketing to children.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If HooshBaz materially changes how user data is collected, used, stored, or shared, this Privacy Policy will be updated before the new practices are applied where required, and appropriate disclosure or consent will be provided.

13. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure

HooshBaz’s use and transfer of information obtained through Chrome extension APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

User data obtained through extension permissions is used only to provide or improve HooshBaz’s disclosed single purpose and related security and operational functionality.

HooshBaz does not use or transfer such information for personalized advertising, data brokerage, creditworthiness, lending purposes, or other unrelated purposes.

۱. معرفی سرویس

هوش‌باز یک افزونه مرورگر است که با هدف مدیریت دسترسی کاربران به سرویس‌های تحت پشتیبانی، ورود امن‌تر، کنترل دستگاه‌های مجاز و بهبود تجربه استفاده از پلتفرم‌های آنلاین ارائه می‌شود.

این افزونه ممکن است برای ارائه خدمات خود، اطلاعات لازم مربوط به حساب کاربری، دستگاه، وضعیت اتصال، نسخه افزونه و تنظیمات امنیتی را بررسی کند.

۲. حساب کاربری

۳. ثبت و مدیریت دستگاه‌ها

برای افزایش امنیت، هوش‌باز ممکن است دستگاه مورد استفاده شما را هنگام ورود به حساب ثبت کند. اطلاعات ثبت دستگاه می‌تواند شامل شناسه دستگاه، اطلاعات مرورگر، سیستم‌عامل، وضعیت افزونه، نسخه افزونه و سایر داده‌های فنی لازم برای تشخیص دستگاه مجاز باشد.

دسترسی به سرویس‌ها ممکن است فقط برای دستگاه‌های ثبت‌شده و مجاز فعال باشد. در صورت حذف دستگاه، تغییر مرورگر، نصب مجدد افزونه یا تغییرات امنیتی، ممکن است نیاز به ثبت مجدد دستگاه وجود داشته باشد.

کاربر موظف است فقط از دستگاه‌های شخصی و مطمئن برای ورود استفاده کند و نباید دسترسی حساب خود را در اختیار افراد غیرمجاز قرار دهد.

۴. استفاده از سرویس‌ها

هوش‌باز امکان دسترسی به سرویس‌های پشتیبانی‌شده را مطابق با وضعیت اشتراک، مجوز کاربر، محدودیت‌های دستگاه و قوانین داخلی پلتفرم فراهم می‌کند.

۵. بررسی اصالت افزونه

هوش‌باز برای حفظ امنیت کاربران ممکن است نسخه افزونه، شناسه نصب، هش امنیتی فایل‌ها، وضعیت یکپارچگی افزونه و سایر نشانه‌های فنی را بررسی کند.

استفاده از نسخه‌های دستکاری‌شده، غیررسمی، تغییر یافته یا منتشرشده از منابع نامعتبر می‌تواند باعث محدود شدن دسترسی، عدم دریافت سرویس یا مسدود شدن حساب شود.

کاربران موظف‌اند افزونه را فقط از منابع رسمی اعلام‌شده توسط هوش‌باز نصب یا به‌روزرسانی کنند.

۶. محدودیت‌های استفاده

کاربر مجاز نیست از هوش‌باز برای موارد زیر استفاده کند:

  • فروش، اجاره، انتقال یا اشتراک‌گذاری غیرمجاز حساب یا دسترسی‌ها
  • استخراج، کپی یا انتشار کوکی‌ها و داده‌های نشست
  • دور زدن محدودیت‌های امنیتی، دستگاهی یا اشتراکی
  • مهندسی معکوس، تغییر، بازنشر یا دستکاری افزونه بدون مجوز
  • ایجاد اختلال در عملکرد سرویس‌ها، سرورها یا کاربران دیگر
  • استفاده مغایر با قوانین سرویس‌های مقصد یا قوانین کشور محل استفاده

در صورت نقض این موارد، هوش‌باز می‌تواند بدون اطلاع قبلی دسترسی کاربر را محدود، تعلیق یا مسدود کند.

۹. پایداری سرویس و اختلالات اینترنت

هوش‌باز تلاش می‌کند سرویس‌ها را با پایداری مناسب ارائه دهد، اما دسترسی همیشگی و بدون وقفه تضمین نمی‌شود.

اختلال اینترنت، محدودیت‌های شبکه، تغییرات سرویس‌های مقصد، به‌روزرسانی مرورگر، تغییرات امنیتی، مشکلات سرور یا خطاهای موقت می‌تواند باعث قطع، کندی یا محدودیت موقت در عملکرد افزونه شود.

در چنین شرایطی، هوش‌باز ممکن است برای حفظ امنیت حساب، وضعیت اتصال، اعتبار دستگاه یا مجوز دسترسی را مجدداً بررسی کند.

۱۰. به‌روزرسانی‌ها

هوش‌باز ممکن است برای بهبود امنیت، رفع خطاها، افزودن امکانات جدید یا هماهنگی با تغییرات سرویس‌های مقصد، افزونه یا پلتفرم خود را به‌روزرسانی کند.

در برخی موارد، استفاده از نسخه‌های قدیمی ممکن است محدود شود و کاربر برای ادامه استفاده، نیاز به نصب نسخه جدید داشته باشد.

۱۱. مسئولیت کاربر

کاربر مسئول استفاده صحیح از افزونه، حفظ امنیت حساب، رعایت قوانین، استفاده از نسخه رسمی و عدم انتقال دسترسی به دیگران است.

هوش‌باز مسئول خسارت‌های ناشی از استفاده نادرست، نصب نسخه‌های غیررسمی، اشتراک‌گذاری حساب، دستکاری افزونه، افشای اطلاعات ورود یا نقض قوانین توسط کاربر نخواهد بود.

۱۲. حریم خصوصی

هوش‌باز متعهد است اطلاعات کاربران را فقط در چارچوب ارائه خدمات، امنیت حساب، مدیریت دستگاه‌ها، کنترل دسترسی و بهبود عملکرد سرویس پردازش کند.

۱۳. تغییرات قوانین

هوش‌باز می‌تواند در صورت نیاز، این شرایط و قوانین را به‌روزرسانی کند. نسخه جدید قوانین از زمان انتشار یا نمایش در سایت، پلتفرم یا افزونه معتبر خواهد بود.
